Orlando Magic swingman James Ennis will decline his $2.1 million player option for the 2020-2021 NBA season and become a free agent, according to Shams Charania.

Ennis will likely find another minimum-level deal somewhere else.

The 30-year-old was traded to the Magic last season from the Philadelphia 76ers at the trade deadline.

Last season, Ennis averaged 6.6 points and 3.6 rebounds per game in 69 total games, 49 with the 76ers and 20 with the Magic.

He also started all five of the Magic’s playoff games against the Milwaukee Bucks.
