Isaac Okoro is attracting interest ahead of the 2020 NBA Draft and the Boston Celtics are willing to trade up to get him.

The Celtics are pitching on the idea of trading away the team’s three first-round picks (14,26,30) to move up and select Okoro, per Sean Deveney of Heavy.com.

“Sources have told Heavy.com that the Celtics have been enamored with Auburn wing Isaac Okoro all year and would target him if they move up and he is on the board.”

With Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown in the roster, the Celtics’ willingness to draft another wing is quite curious.

Okoro is a 6’6″ wing out of Auburn and is considered the best perimeter defender in this Draft, being able to guard multiple positions.

The 2020 NBA Draft will take place on November 18.
