Anthony Edwards is one of the most tantalizing prospects of the 2020 NBA Draft, as he is projected to come off the board first.

In an interview with Marc J.Spears of the Undefeated, the guard/forward from the University of Georgia claimed he is determined to get selected as the 1st overall pick by the Minnesota Timberwolves.

In 32 games at Georgia, Anthony Edwards averaged 19.1 points, 5.2 rebounds and 2.8 assists while shooting 40.2 percent from the field, 29.4 percent from beyond the arc and 77.2 percent from the free-throw line.

Various reports claim that Edwards will be a Top-3 prospect in the 2020 Draft class, which is expected to be really ‘shallow’, talent wise.

Despite the fact that there is no clear-cut superstars among the prospects, Edwards has the potential to become one in the future, according to several analysts.

The 2020 NBA Draft will take place on November 18.
