The Detroit Pistons could have potentially already decided which prospect they are going to select on Nov.18. Detroit has the seventh pick at their disposal.

According to John Hollinger of the Athletic, the Pistons maybe gave a promise to select Patrick Williams in the upcoming draft. Williams, 19, became an established forward in Florida State averaging 9.2 points and 4.0 rebounds.

The hottest draft rumor is that Williams has a promise from the Pistons, or at the very least that they’re extremely interested in him.

The Pistons hired the former OKC executive Troy Weaver as a general manager. The Thunder were known for drafting long athletic forwards like Andre Roberson, Tyler Ferguson, and others.
