Collin Sexton is not considered a starting-caliber player by people around the NBA, as Brian Windhorst of ESPN reports.

According to Windhorst, NBA people believe Sexton is a decent ‘bench player’.

“When I talk to people in the NBA about Collin Sexton, they think he’s a bench player. They think if he’s your first guard off the bench, you’ve got a really good team.

But that’s the kind of role he should be in,” Windhorst said during his appearance on the Wine and Gold Talk Podcast with co-hosts Chris Fedor and Hayden Grove, via FanSided.

Sexton averaged 20.8 points, three assists, 3.1 rebounds and one steal for the Cleveland Cavaliers during the 2019/20 season.
