LaMelo Ball is one of the most exciting talents of the 2020 NBA Draft and the Chicago Bulls are considering giving up assets to get him in the upcoming draft, Jonathan Givony said on the Lowe Post with ESPN’s Zach Lowe.

“I’ve heard they are fans of LaMelo,” said Jonathan Givony on The Lowe Post. “They do have some really good pieces in place. I’m hearing that they like Lauri Markkanen a lot more right now than Wendell Carter. That he’s more of an untouchable.

Wendell has been a little bit disappointing so far, his first two years. I think it’s way too early to give up on him. I think he’s going to be a stud when it’s all said and done.

I think he’s at least a starter in the NBA, if not a really good starter. But is that what it takes for them to move up from four to one? It seems like a pretty hefty price to me, but that is what it’s going to cost it looks like.”

LaMelo Ball, the younger member of the Ball family, played 12 games in the NBL due to a foot injury. He averaged 17.0 points, 7.4 rebounds and 6.8 assists per contest.

The Bulls entered the offseason under a new regime with Arturas Karnisovas as the president and Marc Eversley as the general manager.

The 2020 NBA Draft is on November 18.
