Bryant Dunston will be out action for one month due to an eye injury, as revealed by the head coach of Anadolu Efes Ergin Ataman.
The big man of Efes got injured last week, but it seems his injury is serious and is expected to return to action in early December.
Even without Dunston, Efes earned its second straight victory in the EuroLeague.
