Giannis Antetokounmpo is ‘prepared’ to sign a long-term deal with the Miami Heat, per Ashley Nicole of iHeart Radio.

As Nicole reports, the “Greek Freak” is on his way to leave the Milwaukee Bucks and sign with the Heat.

Antetokounmpo is entering the final year of his current contract with the Bucks and is eligible to sign a supermax contract extension this offseason.

If he rejects it, though, he will become a free agent in 2021 and several teams (including the Golden State Warriors and the Dallas Mavericks) have already expressed their interest to sign him.

Antetokounmpo has won the NBA MVP award for two straight seasons (2019, 2020).
