The Minnesota Timberwolves are keeping every possibility open on what they are planning to do with their No.1 pick, according to executive vice president Sachin Gupta.

In particular, the Wolves’ front office is having trade conversations on all the picks available to them (1st, 17th, 33rd) including the No.1 overall selection.

As president Gersson Rosas admitted a few days back, the Wolves still don’t see a clear choice for the No.1 pick among this season’s prospects.

With the team searching for talent to immediately surround their star duo of Karl-Anthony Towns and D’Angelo Russell, nothing is off the table.

The draft is less than a month away and with the new season reportedly coming back in December or January, Minnesota seems ready to get active in the trade market during this shortened offseason.
