Nick Nurse shared his thoughts on what the hardest thing about winning in the NBA is.

The head coach of the Toronto Raptors said the talent level is so high in the NBA that a team has to bring its A-game to earn the win.

“Every team is good, every team is on contention and hard to beat. Especially the teams outside the playoff zone are the hardest to beat, because the players play for their contracts.

There is always a night you’ve got to brig it, you got to bring something every night to get the win, because the talent level is so high,” Nurse told Fran Fraschilla during his appearance on the World of Basketball podcast.

In his debut season as head coach in the NBA, Nurse won the 2019 title with the Raptors.
