Danilo Gallinari is expected to draw interest in the upcoming offseason as a free agent. The Italian had a productive stint with the franchise, helping his team enter the playoffs as the fifth best record in the West.

He averaged 18.7 points and 5.2 rebounds being the third scoring option for the Thunder. The veteran forward admitted he would love to continue in OKC in a recent interview with Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.

I would consider it for sure. I think as a player when you have such a great time with the team, and you go through what we’ve been through this season living this amazing miracle season, of course, I’d love to run it back and spend some more time in OKC.”

Oklahoma was projected as a lottery team at the start of the previous season, but Chris Paul’s leadership and Billy Donovan’s offensive scheme with five players in double-digits led the Thunder to the postseason.
