Jordan Loyd sealed Crvena Zvezda‘s victory against CSKA Moscow in OT (86-84) and remains EuroLeague‘s scoring leader.

After 40 minutes of play in the “Aleksandar Nikolić” Hall in Belgrade, the game was tied at 73. The winner had to be decided in overtime (OT), and the home team was the one that celebrated. Jordan Loyd scored the last two points in the game and sealed the deal for Crvena Zvezda.

Crvena Zvezda players’ hands weren’t shaking from the free-throw line against the Muscovites. They were perfect with 17/17, and that was crucial for the tight overtime win.

Jordan Loyd with his 31 points remained EuroLeague‘s scoring leader (23.8 per game). The American guard also collected six rebounds (PIR of 25). Torrian Walden added 12, Marko Jagodić-Kuridža 11, and Emanual Terry 10.

Daniel Hackett‘s 29 points, five rebounds, and three assists (PIR of 39) weren’t enough for CSKA to return with a win. Will Clyburn was the only other player with more than 10 points (18).

Now, Crvena Zvezda has two wins and two losses, while CSKA has the same number of victories, but one defeat more (Crvena Zvezda‘s Round 4 game against ASVEL was postponed due to COVID-19 cases).
