Anadolu Efes earns its first win in the 2020/21 EuroLeague over ALBA Berlin

Anadolu Efes cruised past (72-93) ALBA Berlin and earn its first win in the 2020/21 EuroLeague regular season. The EuroLeague giants saw Tibor Pleiss dominating the paint by posting 23 points and six rebounds to get the best of their opponents.

Vasilje Micic played 36 minutes to record a career-high 13 assists along with 13 points. Efes made a quick start by taking a 15-point (14-29) lead in the first quarter and cruised past its opponents for the rest of the game.

Efes’ starters scored 61 points with Ergin Ataman’s squad taking the biggest lead (68-91) of the game two minutes before the end of regulation.

Anadolu Efes improved to 1-2, while ALBA remained without a win in this year’s competition. For Reneses’ squad, Marcus Eriksson had a team-high 13 points.
