Rapper Snoop Dogg responded to sports analyst Skip Bayless, who said the Los Angeles Lakers had every break their way on their path to the NBA championship.
Bayless also repeated his previous claim that the Lakers would not have won a title if they faced the Clippers in the playoffs. In response to Bayless, Snoop Dogg pointed out that the Clippers are choking every year even when thy had Lob City with Blake Griffin and Chris Paul.
“Slap ’em in the back they chokin’! That’s what the Clippers do every year. I been in LA my whole life and they ain’t won NOTHIN’! Never even went to the Western Conference Finals. They had Lob City when we was sorry and STILL couldn’t go,” Snoop Dogg said on UNDISPUTED.
After adding Kawhi Leonard and Paul George last summer, the Clippers instantly turned into one of the favorites to win it all. Many expected them to meet the Lakers in the Western Conference Finals.
But the expectations failed to materialize as the Clippers blew a 3-1 lead in the Western Conference semifinals against the Denver Nuggets.
