The Los Angeles Lakers traded for Anthony Davis with tremendous expectations and he delivered in his first year with them.

Davis formed chemistry with LeBron James and was fantastic throughout the postseason. He led the Lakers in scoring and blocks, averaging 27.7 points per game and 1.4 blocks per game. He also hit a clutch buzzer-beating three-pointer in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals.

Thanks to the dominant play of Davis and James, along with solid play from role players, the Lakers never played a game facing elimination.

Now, the Lakers will look to re-sign Davis this offseason as they look to defend their championship.
