The Miami Heat once again denied all the odds by beating the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 5 of the NBA Finals to keep the series alive. Sports analyst Stephen A. Smith thinks that in Game 6 the pressure will be on the Lakers.

It is because of the health of Anthony Davis, who is dealing a heel issues. Even with AD scoring 28 points and LeBron James adding 40, it wasn’t enough to beat Miami in Game 5, which is a problem according to Smith.

“I did not anticipate this happening. Major major props to the Miami Heat. And now that Anthony Davis’ health is questionable because of his heel. This is a problem. Because if he’s not ready to go in Game 6 Sunday, then Miami, already playing with house money, could end up being at a decisive advantage and it may take a herculean effort for LeBron James to avoid Game 7,” Smith said.

When asked if he thought the pressure is on the Lakers in Game 6, Smith said yes. “Well, I think so because of the health of Anthony Davis. Because Anthony Davis’ health appears to be questionable. You need to get this series over in a Game 6. Because clearly you can’t rely on him being healthy. You can rely on LeBron James being healthy. You can rely on LeBron James doing what he does. But the Miami Heat are saying ‘It’s not going to be enough. You better get some help in order to beat you.'”
