Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat survived the Los Angeles Lakers (111-108) and forced a Game 6 in the NBA Finals.

Butler posted another monster triple double, with 35 points (11/19 shooting), 12 rebounds and 11 assists, leading the Heat to a big victory in a late thriller. Duncan Robinson hit seven three-pointers (7/13) and finished Game 5 with 26 points for the winners.

LeBron James flirted with another triple double (40 points, 13 boards, seven assists), but could not lead the Lakers to the close-out win over Miami. Anthony Davis added 28 points and 12 boards for Los Angeles.

Miami led by as many as 11 points in the contest, but the Lakers came back and took the lead, with less than a minute to go (107-108). Butler and Tyler Herro were perfect from the free-throw line (4/4), though, and helped the Heat seal the deal.

The Lakers still lead the series (3-2). Game 6 is on Sunday.
