Detroit Pistons legend Isiah Thomas took to Twitter to name his selection between Michael Jordan vs. LeBron James in the GOAT (Greatest of All-Time) debate.
Despite playing in the golden age of the NBA and even competing against MJ, who was later identified and universally known as the greatest basketball player of all time, Thomas believes that King James has already surpassed Jordan’s greatness and is the new GOAT basketball player:
“The best and most “complete” player I have seen in my lifetime is @KingJames on and off the floor. He passed the eye test, and the numbers confirm what my eyes have seen in every statistical category. #Goat let it be known!” the two-time NBA champion said openly in his account.
This is not the first time that Thomas, in public, snubbed Chicago Bulls icon in the GOAT debate:
