BC Igokea announced Serbian Djordje Drenovac

BC Igokea announced Serbian Djordje Drenovac for the upcoming 2014/2015 season. The 22-year old swingman moves from Spain. He spent the last season with Valladolid. The forward posted 8.1 ppg and 2.9 rpg in Liga Endesa.

The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Drenovac’s team made it to the Austrian Bundesliga Supercup Final Four in 2012. Drenovac represented Serbia at the World University Games in Kazan (Russia) last year.

Last season Igokea defeated visiting Siroki Primorka 54-51 and secured 3-1 victory in the Finals. Therefore Igokea Aleksandrovac defended the title. They dominated on the defensive end, holding HKK Siroki WWin to just 6 points in the second quarter. They outrebounded HKK Siroki WWin 36-25 including 22 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of Marko Josilo who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 14 points and 15 rebounds.
