Croatia have announced their final squad for the FIBA World Cup next week as coach Jasmin Repesa prepares his side to face Philippines in the opening game of Group B.

The Croatians, who finished fourth at Eurobasket last year in Slovenia also play Argentina, Greece, Senegal and Puerto Rico.

Croatia will be led by veterans Roko Leni-Ukic and Krunoslav Simon with NBA Draft pick Dario Saric looking to have a good tournament ahead of his upcoming season with Euroleague side Anadolu Efes.

Milo Bilan and Mario Delas were the final cuts announced by coach Repesa.

“They both did great in the preparations for this World Cup,” Repesa said about Biland and Delas. “I’m sorry we can’t take 14 players because both of them would be in.”

Croatia squad for FIBA World Cup: Roko Ukić, Oliver Lafayette, Krunoslav Simon, Bojan Bogdanović, Mario Hezonja, Luka Babić, Damjan Rudež, Dario Šarić, Damir Markota, Luka Žorić, Ante Tomić and Lukša Andrić.
