Jimmy Butler shared his thoughts on the triple double he posted in Game 3 of the NBA Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers.
The star of the Miami Heat said he only wants to win the series and does not care about the triple double.
“Win. I don’t care about a triple-double. … I want to win,” Butler told Rachel Nichols of ESPN afterwards.
Butler had 40 points, 11 rebounds and 13 assists, as the Heat remained alive in the series.
The Lakers are still up 2-1. Game 4 is on Tuesday.
