LeBron James had nothing but good words to say about his teammate in the Los Angeles Lakers Anthony Davis.
The impressive duo combined for 65 points, leading the Lakers to the 114-124 win over the Miami Heat in Game 2 of the 2020 NBA Finals.
“He understands how much our team needs him and he comes through,” James told Rachel Nichols of ESPN.
Davis had 32 points and 14 rebounds, while James flirted with the triple double (33 points, nine rebounds and nine assists).
The Lakers lead 2-0. Game 3 is on Sunday.
