Goran Dragic was forced to exit the game against the Los Angeles Lakers early in the first quarter due to a foot injury.
Dragic went to the locker room and did not return, as the Miami Heat suffered a heavy defeat in Game 1 (98-116).
It was later revealed that Dragic suffered a plantar tear of his left foot and his status for the next games remains unknown. His condition will be re-evaluated tomorrow.
The Lakers now lead the series 1-0. Game 2 is on Friday.
