Andre Iguodala will participate in his sixth consecutive NBA Finals, after the Miami Heat got over the Boston Celtics to face the Los Angeles Lakers in the championship games.

Iguodala, often described as a “LeBron stopper” the past few years, described the challenge of facing James in an interview with The Undefeated’s Marc Spears.

“You just got to have that will, understanding you’re guarding the top talent ever,” Iguodala, who was the 2015 Finals’ MVP guarding LeBron James all-series long, said.

“He’s going to make you pay when you make mistakes. You just try to play mistake-free basketball. Put him in vulnerable situations where you feel like you got the advantage, whether it’s a shot or a pass or where he is defensively.”

Iguodala faced James several times in the past, while he was playing for the Golden State Warriors. The three-time NBA champion will have to be on his top of the game in the Finals for the Heat to have a chance to win the Lakers in a series.
