France coach Vincent Collet has recalled Charles Kahudi to his World Cup squad after Nando De Colo fractured his hand in a tune-up game against Ukraine.
Kahudi represented France at both Eurobaskets in 2011 and 2013, but played cameo roles in both tournaments. The forward did win a gold medal last year in Slovenia and played two minutes in the 80-66 win over Lithuania in the Final.
European champions France have a difficult start to the World Cup as they face host Spain, Serbia, Brazil, Iran and Egypt in Group A.
