During the most recent episode of All The Smoke podcast with ex-NBAers Stephen Jackson and Matt Barnes, former NBA star shooting guard Allen Iverson opens up about his infamous step over Tyronn Lue in the 2001 Finals against Shaquille O’Neal, Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers, via USA Today:

“You know what’s so crazy? I don’t like it. Because I love him. He was giving so many problems. He was harassing me, a straight dog and he was harassing me so much. What’s so crazy is that I don’t know how it happened… like the moment and the feeling, like when I stepped over him, I didn’t know I did it. Then they try to get me to mimic the years later, like, I don’t even know how to do it… you don’t know when you’re going to do something. You don’t know the emotions in the game or what goes on… that moment, yeah it was dope when you look back on it, but I don’t like it,” Iverson said.
