The Los Angeles Lakers head coach Frank Vogel praised LeBron James for his performance in Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals.

The three-time NBA champion had 38 points, 16 rebounds and 10 assists leading his team to a series-closing victory of the Denver Nuggets.

Vogel was impressed with the way his team’s superstar played. “I don’t know if I’ve ever witnessed a guy take over a game the way he did in the 4th quarter tonight in person,” he said.

“It was remarkable. Doing what he’s doing on the defensive end is always… the last game too. He takes his time to guard their hottest player, wins that game for us. Then just taking over down the stretch possession after possession after possession big shots, big plays. Just a remarkable performance.”
