Brad Stevens was heard talking to his team during a mic’d up session in the third quarter of Game 5 of the series between the Boston Celtics and the Miami Heat.
Stevens told his players that this was their best quarter in a while. The Celtics scored 41 points in the third quarter and never looked back again.
Boston’s coach admitted he hates mic’d up sessions and then proceeded on the reasons the Celtics got back in the second half and eventually won the game.
Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals is on Sunday.
