James flirted with the triple double (26 points, nine rebounds, eight assists), while Anthony Davis added 34 points, on 10/15 shooting.
On the other hand, Jamal Murray had 32 points (12/20 shooting) and eight assists, but could not help Denver even the series.
The Nuggets came back from a double-digit deficit multiple times, yet the Lakers stood tall and earned the 114-108 victory.
