The Indiana Pacers are expected to hire Mike D’Antoni as the head coach, per Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer.
“The expectation is that D’Antoni will be hired by the Indiana Pacers,” Pompey reports.
D’Antoni decided to part ways with the Houston Rockets after four years, as his contract expired, and has already been linked with several NBA teams.
For their part, the Pacers fired Nate McMillan and are in search for his replacement.
