For the first time in NBA history, neither of the top two teams in the Eastern Conference will make the conference finals after the reigning champions Toronto Raptors lost Game 7 to the Boston Celtics.
Raptors’ star Kyle Lowry summed up his experience inside the Orlando bubble. According to him, it was well put together and was a success.
“It was challenging. It was well put together. We used our platform for our voices to be heard on social injustices… The Bubble was a success. Time to leave this motherf—-er,” Lowry said per Ben Golliver of Washington Post.
