Panathinaikos Athens announced the signing of Nikos Diplaros to a 1+1 years deal. The 23-year-old guard was taking part in Panathinaikos’ practices during this off-season and convinced coach Vovoras that he deserves a spot in this year’s roster.
During the first half of the 2019-20 season, Diplaros was playing in Montenegro and Lovcen where he averaged 6,4 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists in the ABA League. For the second half of the season, he was wearing the jersey of Batumi in Georgia.
