On May 2, 2010, in South London, a reporter asked Kobe Bryant who he thought would win in a one on one matchup between him, and LeBron James. Knowing Kobe Bryant’s killer mentality, his answer was not surprising at all, to say the least.
“I’d win. That’s what I do. One on one… that’s easy for me. Playing one on one is how I grew up playing. That’s my thing. LeBron is more like a Magic Johnson. Great passer, all-around game. At the core of me, I’m a one on one player. I’d do that in my sleep.”
