Nikola Jokic hit the game-winning two-pointer and helped the Denver Nuggets survive the Utah Jazz (78-80) and win the series (4-3).
In an epic Game 7, the Jazz came back from a 19-point deficit (36-55) and came close to the victory, yet Mike Conley missed the three-pointer at the buzzer.
Jokic finished the game with 30 points (12/23 shooting) and 14 rebounds and Jamal Murray added 17 (on 7/21 shooting).
For his part, Donovan Mitchell had 22 points for the Jazz, yet his team ended the season in a disappointing way.
The Nuggets will now face the Los Angeles Clippers in the semifinals. Game 1 is on Thursday.
