Jeff Van Gundy had nothing but good words to say about the superstar of the Milwaukee Bucks, Giannis Antetokounmpo.
The veteran coach called Antetokounmpo’s size, athleticism and passion ‘just remarkable’.
“Giannis to me, the size, the athleticism, the passion is just remarkable. His shooting is not a problem, because they put all shooters around him all the time.
If you were trying to play a traditional, back to the 90s, model, it would be harder, because the lane would be crowded,” Van Gundy said during his recent appearance in the ”World of Basketball” podcast with Fran Fraschilla on SiriusXM.
Antetokounmpo is the reigning NBA MVP and he also won the Defensive Player of the Year award a few days ago.
Antetokounmpo and the Bucks will face the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference semifinals. Game 1 will take place on Monday.
