Dennis Schroder was the best player of the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 5 of the series against the Houston Rockets.

Schroder was ejected, after an altercation with PJ Tucker, which started because the Thunder’s guard unsportsmanlike shot in Tucker’s crotch.

The German guard had 19 points during the first half keeping Oklahoma in the game. After his ejection, OKC never got it going in the offensive end and succumbed to loss.

Per Nick Crain of Forbes and SLAM Online:

The NBA is investigating Tucker’s headbutt as well as Schroder’s low blow. Tucker will be a “substantial” loss, as the Rockets will try to close out the series on Monday.

On the other hand, Schroder is an important part of the Thunder’s offensive production averaging double-digits for OKC all-season long.
