The WNBA became the second league to call games off on Wednesday, after the shooting of Jacob Blake in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

The move came hours after the NBA decided to postpone its three playoff games with players choosing to boycott in a strong statement against racial injustice.

Four games were set to play on Wednesday on Bradenton, Fla. All teams (Minnesota, Phoenix, Washington, Connecticut) took a knee at centre court right before leaving the court.

After that, Atlanta Dream’s player Elizabeth Williams delivers a statement saying that the “consensus is not to play in tonight’s games.”
