Miami Heat star Jimmy Butler left Game 4 against the Indiana Pacers due to a left shoulder strain and is questionable to return.

Butler only played six minutes before exiting the game with one rebound and two assists.

The 30-year-old was seen rubbing his shoulder in pregame warmups, so he might have had some discomfort in the shoulder before the game.

If Butler is forced to miss any time, it could be a big blow to the Heat, as they have a potential matchup with Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks in the second round.

Rookie guard Kendrick Nunn finally made his playoff debut with Butler out, recording five points, two rebounds and two assists in eight minutes at halftime.
