 Top 16 draw was held today in Madrid, host city of this year's Final Four. The best 16 teams in Europe were sorted into four groups to fight for a place in the quarter-finals. Next week the first round of the Top 16 group stage will be played.

Latest signing of Partizan is Zarko Rakocevic (24 years, 204 cm), Montenegrian center who made his craft playing for Buducnost Podgorica. He is capable of playing both center and power-forward positions and he will be a valuable adding to the frontcourt after the departure of Nikola Pekovic and Dejan Borovnjak.
Union Olimpija today announced that they parted ways with back-up point guard Maurice Bailey (183 cm, 1981). He signed 2-year deal before previous season but wasn't happy with his role. Olimpija already bringed Jonathan Wallace (188 cm, 1986) for his spot few days ago so Bailey's departure was expected. Where he'll play next season isn't known yet.
