Panathinaikos vs CSKA to honour Alvertis

Panathinaikos' captain Fragiskos Alvertis retires right after the end the season after a very successful career with the Greens that gave him 25 titles, five of which were Euroleague ones.

In order to honour the player for his contribution, the management of Panathinaikos decided to organize a fairwell game for him and it will be against CSKA Moscow as a recap of the last Euroleague final that gave Alvertis his fifth EL title.

The game is to take place in Athens some time in October with the exact date to be announced within the following days.
