The puzzle of next season's Adriatic League was completed some days ago when it was decided that the wildcard for competing in the League was given to the Croatian club Cedevita. The Croatian team, which will be coached by Slobodan Subotic, is the newcomer in the regional league after trying to get a place in it for several years. Cedevita was sixth in the 2008/09 Croatian League but has great ambitions to climb much higher so on the domestic field as in the regional league and to become as recognizable as some other teams from the same regions, like Zagreb and Cibona, its opponents from the same city. So, the 14 teams to compete in the NLB Liga ABA 2009-10 will be: Serbia: Partizan, Red Star, Hemofarm, FMP, Lions Croatia: Cibona, Zagreb, Zadar, Cedevita Slovenia: Olimpija, Helios Bosnia & Herzegovina: Bosna, Siroki Montenegro: Buducnost Also read:
