Hi everyone,
My name is Ben. I'm from the UK but I live in Brazil. I'm 33 and I have been playing basketball for about 20 years.
I have recently started doing the Jump Manual and I have set up a blog which I intend to keep up as I do it.
When I was looking to do the program all of the testimonials seemed to be selling the product so I was skeptical and this blog is my attempt to review it for others and keep myself motivated at the same time.
However I fear that no one will ever see it as when you search for anything Jump Manual related on google it is just page after page of what appears to be people selling it, which is also my ulterior motive for signing up here - getting people to see my blog. Doing any type of training program can get lonely so I am hoping that maybe a few people here will be interested enough to read along as I write.
