I want to clarify something for everyone because I have contacted directly Euroleague (Koobin crew) for that:
You can simply ask and they can reallocate you to another preferred team.
Therefore, anyone (of the tickets owners) can sell tickets for specific fans and ask to change his preferred team using his transaction ID.

I sell 4 tickets at the PC5, CSKA section, for 300euros each (open to discussion).
Priority to Greeks in Athens for person-to-person exchange, but I can send via mail anywhere.
