By the way, TalkBasket will have two reporters in Istanbul beginning Thursday, and I will be one of them.

Two different games was on final four.First so hard for watching, second was awesome.
Panathinaikos lost will maybe ended Obradovic era as coach of Panathinaikos.Kirilenko great role and again very good ranking 25 ;)
As for Olympiacos just amazing.Duda did great job when signed Dorsey and Law (both were failure in former teams)
Spanoulis was key player besides he has 7/19 from game.Barcelona needs new players replacing Perovic,Mickael...they very poor played whole season.

For final, CSKA will win :agree:

I'm not gonna be able to watch the final :( but at least the semis fell on a weekend when I'm home so I could enjoy it (even though 'enjoy' isn't the best definition :D but it was fun to watch) the story with Oly is close to unbelievable, I actually believed they weren't even going to be at the top 16 and now they're in the final, very impressive, I think no one could expect that. I hope they win the cup, it can be a great ending for this crazy season (the lock-out season) and it can be a bit funny if they finally manage to do it after they cut their budget drastically and replace big-names with many gambles.

Today was one of the best day of sports of recent memory. A couple of incredible finishes between Olympiacos and Manchester City. Unbelievable.

I didn't see an opening topic for this year’s final. You Oly fans are a little lazy, or maybe I'm wearing blinders. This final was not only epic, but stunning!! A magnificent 4th quarter comeback by a team full of young Greek blood. Many of these players are the future of Hellas, that being, Papanikolaou, Sloukas and Co. An absolute magical performance by Papanikolaou Printezis and Spanoulis!! And a hearty congratulations to the Olympiakos BC.

Obviously the Russians thought they had this game wrapped up by half-time. They were already popping the champagne bottles by three quarter time. As it turned out, you never ever underestimate your opponent at any given moment, in any given time, at any given finals game, period!! Oly deserved this win, because they fought with heart soul and abundant pathos till the final second of the game. More importantly, let's hope that this type of mentality and attitude is passed on to my beloved Hellas NT that catapults them back to the top of the elite, and another challenge at Spain & Team USA.

I have to say something about PAO. They were indeed playing against CSKA & the refs, though they had the chance to defeat this team but blew in the last few moments of the game. They'll be back bigger and better despite what some peons are saying. They’re the biggest club in Europe and I personally can't wait to see them back again at the O2 stadium in London next year. Commiserations to PAO.

To all you Whacky Yankees & Spaniards that thought Greek basketball is dead; we'll see you in London, which is a city I totally despise. Btw, someone please open a topic in the near future, on the next two final fours at the O2 Arena in London. A non-basketball nation does NOT deserve this major event. The English are, and never will be a basketball culture or nation, and all the promos in the world will be absolutely futile, and won’t change one damn thing. I'm appalled by Euroleague's decision. Cheers Fellas!!!

Man i agree with you that Brits are not basketball nation, but if Euroleague want to be strong they need more money.Because we have football champions league where are huge money and Partizan football club when they played earned about 15 millions euros (only six games played) enough for club to live two years with-out income. And Partizan basketball club is in debts and forced to sell every year talented players.
And it's right decision because all NBA matches that was played in O2 was sold out.
