amazing spanoulis,he has an unbelievable month!i think lucas will be better to in the next games but olympiakos needs an athletic guy in the paint(4-5 position)to be trully good.big surprise in palaestra i can believe how bad sienna plays the last 2-3 weeks.chemistry problem..bad night for pekovic, partizan will have good chance in istanbull if peko had a regular game(17pts-7reb..).big games today in tel aviv(i think maccabi is too strong for milano but the italians want the match desperatelly)and malaga(panathinaikos must control the tempo and win,is much better team than malaga)

So far Macvan is performing better than Pekovic! he amazes me time after time.

I forgot to do it before Wednesday so I'll just post my 'predictions' for today

Nancy - Cantu
Caja Laboral - Fenerbahce
Unicaja - Panathinaikos
KK Zagreb - Brose Basket - I really want them to win :D
Real Madrid - Spirou
Maccabi TA - EA Milano-gonna be a tight one, I hope we get the important victory, losing at home isn't an option if we want the 1st place.
Galatasaray - Prokom
Barcelona - Olimpija

Unicaja - PAO 76-77

That's why Diamantidis is the best!

Sofo's performance in the first half was one of the most dominant performances I've ever seen, domination was written all over it. 22pts 5reb in 14 minutes with amazing % and the end of the half was very symbolic, Maccabi had 0.2 seconds and Sofo tipped it in from an inbound pass, he could do everything in this half, he even had great % from the line :D
Milano had a very lucky game from outside, a usually bad 3pt team but this game the 3pt shots was all they had, Navaro might have won the top scorer title but IMO he lost the top flopper title to Galinari, he plays like a girl and the refs treat him like one.. he takes a step or two inside the arc then falls in a random direction with a nice girly scream and the refs buy it time after time.. it was just disgusting, I hate players like him, especially cuz he has a great offensive arsenal but he chooses to flop instead of earning his points fairly.. but if the refs allow it, why stopping?
Yogev was once again amazing, no words. this guy may have a lot of room to improve when it comes to shooting but he's playing with so much confidence, leads the offense as if he starts his 10th Euroleague season, feeds his team-mates in the right place and in the right time, grabs some rebounds and does a great job on defense, the only thing holding him down is his shooting, but if he becomes more confident around the basket and gets some more respect from refs ( that right now let defenders do whatever they want to him) he can really become a legit 20mpg player for us, I don't want to jump in conclusions too fast but that's the difference between a coach like Kattash that doesn't know what he's doing and a coach like Blatt that took a bench player in Jerusalem and made him a player that gets serious minutes against teams like Madrid and Milano and also gives good production.
Smith did a great job on defense, still not what was expected to be on offense but his confidence seem to rise.
Farmar had another one of these games when you curse his mom for 3 quarters for so many stupid turnovers and then in the money time he makes critical shots and can't do wrong.
Our PF duo Blu-Lior disappointed for the first time but this time they weren't needed too much as the team was doing fine on offense.
Langford is not what expected yet.. I hope he'll get better soon.
Hendrix was solid again, but had a huge part of the victory with 2 crucial blocks in the last 90 seconds, shows Blatt he deserves the credit he gets.
Papaloukas didn't get to play in this Greek clash, Blatt said yesterday that he's sick but I guess that if he was really needed he would play, I guess Ohayon made it unnecessary to make ill Papaloukas play, I'd say that right now when it comes to managing the offense smartly and dishing assists and avoiding turnovers Yogev does a better job than both Farmar and Papaloukas.

Sofo had EL career high in points. No disrespect, but it was against Bourousis...

agree with everything except from the last sentence.smart offense-dishing assists?you can compare yogev with teo.with teo macabbi takes points in the court from nowhere.oayon is predictable, good legs, speed but predoctable.don't forget that neither teo is a good shooter

I don't know if it's because of Papaloukas' injury but I don't think Maccabi has a better playmaker than Theo.
Basically, is not even close. :bag:

He should play about 15 minutes or more.

Maccabi is all but in top 16 now.
They have 3 games advantage over Milano and head to head too.

Only 4 Milano's wins and MTA loses with some inside calculations, will deny MTA the top 16.

Nenad Krstic won the November MVP award!

He's the second CSKA player to win the MVP of the month award(the other was Kirilenko)!

I think he will put up even better and bigger numbers now that Kirilenko will be gone and there will be so many vacant possessions for grabs.
