Enzo Lefebre,Benetton GM said that he is going to report Maccabi to FIBA as they have talked/agreed with Smith who is under contract for the next season.
He said that the only way that he will release him is that Maccabi will trigger a buy out clause in his conract.

Fotsis and Kaimakoglou were offered to both Efes and Fenerbahce.

I think that this is just a rumor. Pekovic has signed a three-year contract last summer with the Timberwolves. If there would be a lock-out and he returns to Europe, it would only be for PAO.
