Serbian playoffs starts 30.4.Partizan is defending champion they will play against Hemofarm STADA.In other semi-final Red star will play against FMP Zeleznik.They will be play in 3 series 1-1-1-1-1.

Anything you can tell us about the 4 teams? The only one I'm really familiar is Partizan. I've seen Zeleznik and Red Star a few times in the past, but I've never really known them that well.

All four teams is very good.Partizan had through to the quarter-fnals EUROLAGUE and they lost from CSKA Moscow 3-0.Hemofarm Stada they was participate in F8 Eurocup in Turin and they win against Dynamo Moscow.But they lose in semi-final from Lietuvos Rytas later win the competion.Red star had great coach Svetislav Pesic and this season is very good for him.And FMP Zeleznik they have very known in Europe by very young and talented players.Last season the leader is been Zoran Erceg and Milos Teodosic who is now in Olympiakos.I think that final be Partizan vs. Red Star.

Crvena Zvez. - FMP 72-69

Crvena Zvezda grabbed 1-0 lead against FMP thanks to Elmedin Kikanovic (206-C-88, agency: Beo Basket) and Marko Marinovic (183-G-83), who drained 17 points each. Kikanovic also had 8 rebounds beside that, while Marinovic collected 6 rebs and 4 assists. Marko Keselj (205-F-88, agency: Beo Basket) also shined for the winners netting 12 and Andre Owens (192-G-80, college: Houston) added one point less. Predrag Samardziski (214-C-86, agency: Interperformances) and Nemanja Protic (182-G-86) combined 32 pts in defeat.

Partizan - Hemofarm 62-37

1-0 for the defending champion, who stopped Hemofarm on just 37 points in this game. Novica Velickovic (205-F-86) came up with 12 points and 6 rebounds, Aleksandar Rasic (195-G-84, agency: Beo Basket) had 11, while Slavko Vranes (229-C-83) helped with 10 points and 9 boards. Hemofarm did not have any player with more than 7 pts.

Partizan lead 2-0 in playoffs series against Hemofarm STADA 79-73.Tonight will play FMP Zeleznik and Red Star 1-0 for Red Star in series.Partizan had break in Vrsac on visitors field and the most responsible for that was Uros Tripkovic 17 points.In last two minutes they had 2 shots from 3 point arc and they make both.Only one victory is to stay for Partizan on home field.

FMP-RED STAR 54-72

Red Star cruised past FMP on the road taking 2-0 lead in the play-off semifinals. Tadija Dragicevic (205-F-86) this time led the scorers in victory with 13 points. He also grabbed 5 rebounds beside that.Game No.3. is scheduled for Wednesday.

Hemofarm surprises Partizan, fifth place belongs to Swisslions Takovo.Hemfoarm STADA made a big surprise last night celebrating in Belgrade 79-67. It means that the orange team came to 1-2 and the next game will be played in Vrsac. Milos Borisov (201-F-85) shined in Hemofarm scoring 22 points. Milan Macvan (205-F/C-89) was behind him with 16 and point guard Miljan Pavkovic (178-G-81, agency: Beo Basket) scored 10 points. Pavkovic also had 6 assists beside that.Novica Velickovic (205-F-86) had 16 points and 8 rebounds for the Black-and-whites. Stephane Lasme (203-F-82, college: Massachusetts) added 14 pts and 12 rebounds.

In the battle for the fifth place Swisslions Takovo was better than Vojvodina Srbijagas 95-93 ending the series with perfect 3-0. Radovan Markovic (194-G-82) scored 21 points for the winners. Marko Sutalo (194-G-83) had 29 in Vojvodina. Swisslions Takovo will play in Adriatic league next season, while the Tulips will most probably compete in Balkan league.

Crvena Zvezda advances to big final with 3-0 and Hemofarm closes the gap to 1-2 against Partizan.Crvena Zvezda will meet Partizan or Hemfoarm in the final.

Crvena Zvez. - FMP 55-50
Crvena Zvezda ended the semifinal series against FMP in style with perfect 3-0. This time Vladimir Stimac (209-C-87, agency: Interperformances) stepped up for the winners collecting 13 points and 6 boards. Marko Keselj (205-F-88, agency: Beo Basket) also had very important role for the hosts nailing 11 pts and pulling down 5 boards. In the loosing squad, Nemanja Protic (182-G-86) was the only one with double-digits in scoring - 10 pts.

Partizan in the final.After very hard game Partizan in last two minutes make 12 points differences and that was the key for the final.Result 77-69 Stephane Lasme was the key player with 22 points and 10 rebounds.Next is big final derby match Partizan vs. Red Star.

Partizan vs. Red Star 1-0 (70-58).Not that easy game for Partizan who is favorite for title.About 5000 fans in Pionir good atmosfere.Partizan had better team and take lead in series next game 15 may Red Star is host also in Pionir.Pionir is city hall and Partizan and Red Star they don't have own hall.

No its 1-1-1-1-1 system but Partizan and Red Star play in the same hall.Home field is more than 90% fans in this case was Partizan fans.In other game Red Star will be host and 90% their fans will be in hall.

Red Star-Partizan 54-68 (0-2)

The defending champion made a huge step forward to another title in Serbia. Uros Tripkovic demonstrated wonderful performance in the front of Red Star fans helping his team to grab maybe the crucial win in the final series. Tripkovic actually led all the scorers in this game with 19 points (4-7 triples).Game No.3 is scheduled for Monday 18 May and it will be the first chance for Partizan's players to lift third trophy this season.

Partizan - Crvena Zvez. 58-63
Crvena Zvezda survived tonight registering the first win in the Final series. It means that the score is 2-1 now for Partizan and the next game will be played in the front of Crvena Zvezda's fans.
