EuroleagueTAU Ceramica remains the only team that haven't suffered a single defeat in Top 16 so far. Spaniards won a very close game against Group B winners Lietuvos Rytas. This win also secured them a place in quarter finals and most likely 1st place in Group E. For Rytas it is win or die situation as they must win their both remaining games in order to finish 2nd.

Montepaschi could have booked their place in quarter finals with a win against Partizan after they won all three their previous games. Partizan had another opinion and provided a shock at Pionir. Shaun Stonerook had a chance to put Montepaschi ahead but missed both of his free-throws when the score was 76-75 for Partizan with 5 seconds to go. Milt Palacio and Nikola Pekovic were the top scorers for the Serbian champions. February MVP Bootsy Thornton had only 3 points.

Unicaja won the second game in row by defeating other Spanish club Barcelona. It was a second game on Wednesday which ended with only one point difference. Only three players scored in double digits. Barca and Unicaja are both 2-2. CSKA Moscow and Lottomatica could have the same record if Italians manage to defeat Russian champs in Rome.
