 Arguably the best coach in Europe will not be leaving CSKA Moscow this summer. The club's official website announced the news before the Euroleague Final. Ettore Messina signed '1+1' contract. That puts all the rumours about Messina headign to Spain to an end.
Andrei Vatutin, CEO of CSKA Moscow: "I am glad we made the agreement with the best coach of Europe. We did not miss a single Euroleague Final in three years. I think there is no sense to look for any other reasons to continue our relationship. It was very important to agree the contract during the Final Four."
Ettore Messina: "I am happy to continue my relations with CSKA family. The new contract is an honor for me. And I want to thank club management for the trust." |
