The Basketball Arena used for the opening stages of the Olympic Basketball tournament in London last year has officially been put up for sale.
Potential buyers have the option of buying the venue complete with its distinctive white rippled external shell or bidding instead for the 12,000 seats and internal fittings.
A British firm, which provided the temporary seats across the Olympic venues, said it was organising the sale of the arena.
Contractors working in the Olympic Park are currently dismantling the Basketball Arena and once the work is complete, the stadium will be housed in central England until a buyer is found.
There were reports that the Basketball Arena was due to move to Rio in Brazil, the site of the 2016 Olympics, but restrictions on the import of second-hand materials into Brazil would complicate that process.
